Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.
SECTION 1 — PRODUCT CLAIMS & CERTIFICATIONS
VEGAN & CRUELTY-FREE STATEMENT
Every product we make is 100% vegan and free from animal-derived ingredients. We are proudly Leaping Bunny certified — meaning our cruelty-free commitment has been independently verified at every level of our supply chain. Our formulas are always free from sulfates and parabens, and are formulated with the Sephora Clean standard in mind.
THE PROOF IS IN THE FORMULA.
Every Future Beauty product is independently tested for clinical safety by a third-party testing facility and evaluated by a board-certified dermatologist. Each formula has completed a rigorous Repeated Insult Patch Test (HRIPT) — one of the highest safety standards in the industry — with zero evidence of skin irritation or allergic sensitization. All three products carry a formal Dermatologist-Tested designation.
WHAT "UP TO 99% SKINCARE" MEANS.
Future Beauty products are formulated with skincare-active ingredients as a core component of every formula, and are formulated with up to 99% skincare-active ingredients by weight. This means that the contents of each formula are comprised predominantly of ingredients that are intended to nourish, hydrate, protect, and support the appearance of healthy skin. Skincare ingredient concentration varies by product and format — e.g., our Bronze + Blur SPF 30 is composed of 99% skincare-active ingredients by weight, and our Caffeine Coverage is composed of 90% skincare-active ingredients by weight, as verified through our formulation process conducted in accordance with applicable cosmetic regulations. All claims reflect the actual composition of the specific product to which they apply and are substantiated by our product formulas.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

SECTION 22 — DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by binding arbitration in New York, New York, before one arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened misappropriation or infringement of a party's intellectual property rights.
You and Future Beauty LLC agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, both you and Future Beauty LLC waive any right to a jury trial.
