Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Future Beauty purchase. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, email us at hello@futurebeauty.com within 3 days of delivery and we’ll work quickly to make it right.

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt. For sanitary reasons, returned items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging, with all seals and stoppers intact. To start a return, email hello@futurebeauty.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

You are responsible for both the outbound and return shipping costs. A flat shipping fee for each will be deducted from your refund. See our refund page for more info.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

For shipments lost in transit, we will gladly send a replacement. For lost packages that have been confirmed delivered, please see our refund page for more info on our policy.

Our bundles prices have discounts already built into them! Our welcome discount cannot be stacked on top of bundle discounts.
